Ask.com's Blog & Feed Search

New: Ask.com has launched ‘Blog & Feed Search’.

It is a brand new service for searching posts, feeds and news published to the ‘blogosphere’.

You can even subscribe directly to the feed you found, just with one click:

You can go and see yourself here:
http://blogsearch.ask.com

As it is a brand new service, you may found it is not too accurate in the beginning.

Here is a sneak peak of what you can do:

- Search for posts, feeds and news within the blogosphere

- Sort by relevance, date and popularity

- Exporting search results to other web services

- Users can subscribe to a search and find out new content

- Users can view related feeds when searching for posts

- Advanced Search to search with a variety of options.

Here is an extract of the Ask.com press release:

"On the blogosphere, people provide the best way to discover the freshest, highest-quality feeds -- information that isn't exposed to crawlers," said Apostolos Gerasoulis, executive vice president of search technology at Ask.com. "In addition, this 'collective human intelligence' provides a natural defense against spam, as people typically do not subscribe to low-quality content."
