Blog and Ping: Pingomatic vs Pingoat
Pingomatic seems very busy these days. I don't know if the fact that I am in Dubai is for something, but I have difficulty to pong with pingomatic since a few days.
I am now pinging with pingomatic whenever I update my blogs, and I must say that I verry happy with pingoat.
For example, in my yahoo which I use as an RSS reader, I see the updates on my blogs immediately after pinging. It wasn't the case with pingomatic.
The web 2.0 is promising, and all of these new ideas and technologies make our webmaster and blogger life easier.
On a surfer side, the web become sweety (we webmasters are also avide surfers...).

P.S: Oops! I just went on technorat to see if one of my other blogs' ping was updated, but technorati is too busy.
It may be the world cup, people are searching from all the corner of the globe. I don't see any other explanation.

blogging it's a wonderful thing, and pingoat is also, we are constantly working to find out what people need and we work on it :)

Its true i have been using pingomatic to ping my blogs and it has been busy these so your not the only one, sometimes when i ping it returns to me an error that this function took too long to process i will try pingoat been looking for something like pingomatic i seriously found it a good service some time back.
